NOTE: You must be an administrator of the Facebook Page to do this.

Post on Your Page’s Wall as a Person (You)

1. In Facebook, navigate to your Company Page (not your personal profile)
2. Click “Edit Page” in upper right hand corner
3. Click “Your Settings” on left
4. Uncheck “Always comment and post on your <Page Name> even when using Facebook as <Your Name>.”

To Post / Comment as Your Page

1. In the upper right corner,  click “Account” > “Use Facebook as Page”
2. Now you’ll post as your page – this is everywhere in Facebook

1. Login to WordPress
2. Navigate to the Page / Post you want to insert an image into
3. Move your cursor to where you want the image to go.
   IMPORTANT: even if you’d like the image to go on the right, move the cursor to the far left of the page.
   
4. Click the little rectangle to the right of “Upload/Insert” (see above)
5. Browse and upload file
   
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the open window
7. You can fine-tune how you want it to appear. In this case, a medium image, aligned to the right (See below)
8. IMPORTANT: Click “Insert into Post” — otherwise it won’t appear:

NOTE: if you don’t see your image, it is probably because you hit “Save Image” instead of “Insert Into Post”. To find the image, click on the upload box, then the “Gallery” tab. Click on your image and “Insert into Post”

1. Login to your WordPress Site: http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/
2. Click “Posts” > “Add New”
3. Insert content into the WYSIWYG box (Make sure the Visual tab is checked (in right corner of text box). Otherwise it will be an HTML editor.)
4. You can preview changes by hitting the “Preview Changes” button in the upper right corner.
5. If you want to work on the post later, click “Save Draft”
6. When you’re ready to go live, click “Publish”

Tip: if you copy from Word, either paste into a simple text editor first, or use the “Paste from Word” icon. Word inserts some funky characters that can screw up your layout:

We’re assuming a 600 x 600 pixel (px) image is required. You can change the dimensions of the saving step to whatever you’d like.

Quick and Easy: Insert Url Text

This first method is the easiest. Basically put the url on its own line. Important: make sure it’s not an active hyperlink.

1. Scroll to where you want the video to go
2. Hit enter – create a new line
3. Paste the URL of the video
4. add: http://youtube.com/?v=yourlink – to make video the width of the column

Old Method: Insert Embed Code from Youtube

If for some reason the simple method isn’t working, you can use the old method of inserting the Youtube embed code:

1. Click over to the video in Youtube
2. Click the “embed” buttom
3. Make sure “use old embed code” is checked
4. Adjust width to 560
5. Copy code
6. Go to HTML View
7. Scroll to where you want the video
8. Paste
9. Go back to Visual View – you should see a yellow box

Vimeo – Simple Method

This method works exactly the same as Youtube.
